Ingredients for Matar Ki Kachori Recipe
Refined flour (Maida) 1 bowl
Green peas 1 bowl
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying
Stuffing
Oil 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon
Green chillies finely chopped 2
Green peas blanched & crushed 1 bowl
Asafoetida a pinch
Dry Red chillies 4
Amchur powdered 1 tablespoon
Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped a few sprigs
